Yes, and add an extensive nonpartisan screening process to insure each nominee is qualified and impartial.

Do you support a universal basic income program?
In the future this program may be necessary to combat the ulterior effects of automation, but right now, I don't think it's necessary.

Should the current estate tax rate be decreased?
I think the estate tax should decrease in proportion to the number of children you have, thus incentivizing population growth and decreasing income inequality.
